Mindful Mamas
A Postpartum Support GroupThe journey of motherhood is life changing. It can bring joy, pain, confusion, bliss, frustration and so much more. Join other mamas and babies in this safe, supportive space to process the transition to motherhood. This group has an emphasis on meditation/mindfulness and self-care for moms. No prior experience necessary. Together we will:
- Build community as you embrace your new role as Mom
- Learn about infant-parent attachment
- Cultivate tangible tools for self-care
- Hold a non-judgmental space for sharing all the pains and joys of this journey
